I have a decade plus years of experience managing the operations of busy dental practices. 5 of those years I have worked alongside Dr. El-Masry watching his phenomenal growth and exceptional patient care. My goal at our office is to ensure that both patients, and staff experience a seamless, and productive environment. As an office manager I have a focus on patient care, team leadership, and operational efficiency. Which has grown attributes that are critical to problem-solving, customer service excellence, and a drive to have an efficient operation that is solution-oriented. Outside the office I enjoy my free time and the little things that bring peace to my soul, like cooking, traveling, road trips, and spending time with my husband and my precious son. Most of all, I cherish all the time I’m blessed to spend with them. Hello, Originally from Colombia, I lived in the Woodbridge, Lakeridge area for 10 years. I have worked as a dental hygienist for the past 13 years and I’m really passionate about my job and all of my patients. Prior to becoming a Dental hygienist, I worked as a Surgical Assistant for 6 years and got my Associates degree in Applied Science. Since very young, I always felt fascinated about helping people and pursuing a degree in the medical field. I enjoy meeting new people and helping their lives be healthier. I have been married for 18 years and have 3 wonderful children: Yahaira 13 years old, Santiago 10 years old, and our baby Elianna 2.5 years old. After work hours, we spend our time in after school activities as well as spending time together, traveling, cooking, watching family movies.

Being a part of alleviating a patient’s concern over financing and any insurance questions is very rewarding, to make them feel comfortable having whatever services are needed.
